How do I create an account?

Download Midpoint from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign up. You can continue with Apple, Google, or email. Account creation takes about 30 seconds.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the email sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to the email on file. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that provider's “Continue with” button — there's no separate password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, hangouts, photos, and friend connections within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email support@midpoint.co from your account address and we'll handle it.

What does Midpoint do with my location?

Locations are only used to find venues equidistant by travel time, and we apply k-anonymity grid snapping before storing anything. We never sell location data and never share precise coordinates with other users. See our privacy policy for the details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your device's subscription settings, find Midpoint, and tap Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes — go to Profile → Settings → Export data. We'll email you a JSON archive of your hangouts, photos, and trinkets within 24 hours.

How do I contact support?

Email support@midpoint.co and a real human will get back to you. We typically reply within one business day.
